HTACTIVE Return Policy
We want you to love your HTACTIVE pieces! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at hello@htactive.com.au. Please wait for return approval before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, or personalised or custom items. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The best way is to return your item, and once approved, make a new purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take a few extra days to process it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@htactive.com.au.
