Shipping Policy

HTACTIVE is pleased to offer shipping services throughout Australia.

• Standard Shipping: $12 – $23 (estimated delivery: 3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15 – $32 (estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)

Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on the order size and delivery address. Please note that orders exceeding 5kg cannot be accepted.

All orders are processed promptly upon confirmation of payment. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email to allow you to monitor your shipment.

While we endeavour to ensure timely delivery, HTACTIVE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
