Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST. Payment must be made at the time of order via our secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and aim to dispatch orders within two to three business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
